Kirkpatrick L1–L4 without extra forms

L1 comes from the micro-feedback learners already leave. L2 is a baseline and a post-assessment the programme already had. L3 is behaviour change observed in work capture. L4 is the business KPI before and after, with cohort attribution.

Because the chain starts where training already happens, nobody is asked to log extra data — the measurement is a byproduct.
